SCP Delivery & Pickup Policy

We are committed to providing seamless and reliable delivery and pickup services to ensure your event is stress-free. Please review our updated delivery and pickup guidelines below.
Delivery Minimum

Minimum order amount for delivery: $300
Standard Rentals (Flower Walls, Wedding Arches, Photo Booths)

0–25 Miles from 77060: $60
-
26–50 Miles from 77060: $85
Custom Backdrops

Custom backdrop orders will incur a 20% fee of the total rental amount to cover delivery, setup, and pickup services.
Pickup Policy

Standard Pickup: Rentals will be collected by 11:00 AM the following day.

Same-Day or Exact-Time Pickup: If you require pickup on the same day or at a specific time, there will be an additional $100 fee.
Same-day or exact-time pickups must be requested in advance to ensure proper scheduling.
Event Site Requirements

Accessibility: The delivery and pickup location must be easily accessible and allow for convenient loading and unloading.

Parking: Please ensure parking is available. SCP is not liable for delays due to restricted access or unavailable parking.
Weather Conditions

SCP equipment cannot be exposed to rain, snow, or extreme temperatures during outdoor events. Please refer to our weather policy for additional details.
On-Site Contact

We require an on-site contact to coordinate delivery and pickup access.
