Delivery Fees

• 0-25 Miles from 77060: $50

• 26-50 Miles from 77060: $75

• 51-75 Miles from 77060: $100

 

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our office in ZIP code 77060. The fee covers both delivery and pickup within the specified range.

 

Pickup Policy

• Standard Pickup: Our team will collect all rentals by 10:00 PM on the event date.

• Late Pickup: If you require a pickup time between 10:01 PM and midnight, there will be an additional $100 late pickup fee.

 

If a late pickup is necessary, please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

 

Additional Information

• Event Site Requirements: Ensure that the delivery and pickup location is accessible and allows for easy loading and unloading. We are not liable for delays caused by restricted access or lack of parking availability at the event site.

• Weather Conditions: For outdoor events, please refer to our weather policy. Equipment cannot be exposed to rain, snow, or extreme temperatures.

• On-Site Contact: Please designate an on-site contact to assist with access and coordination during delivery and pickup.
