Our Concierge Service ensures your rental arrives safely, looks flawless, and is handled with care from start to finish.

 

This includes:

• Secure transportation of your backdrop by our professional team

• On-site styling and adjustments by a setup manager

• Seamless pickup and breakdown after your event

• Venue coordination to ensure insurance and access compliance

Rates & Coverage

Concierge Service starts at $100, which includes:

• Delivery and pickup within 35 miles of our showroom

• Pickup by 10:00 PM

 

Events ending later will incur a $100/hour late pickup fee (available up to midnight).

For pickups after 12:00 AM, please contact us directly to confirm staff availability.

 

Important Information

• Access & Parking: Please ensure the setup area is easily accessible with nearby parking.

• Weather Policy: Outdoor setups must be under a covered area and protected from rain or harsh weather.

• On-Site Contact: A designated contact must be present for both delivery and pickup.
