0–25 miles from 77060

• Next-Day Pickup (9 AM–12 PM): $75

• Same-Day Pickup (1 PM–11:59 PM): $125

 

26–50 miles from 77060

• Next-Day Pickup (9 AM–12 PM): $100

• Same-Day Pickup (1 PM–11:59 PM): $150

 

After-Hours Pickup (12 AM – 2 AM):

• Flat Rate: $250 (Available by request only and subject to staff availability)

 

Pickup timing must be selected at booking and is subject to approval.

Access & Parking

Please ensure the delivery and pickup location is easily accessible with nearby parking.
We are not responsible for delays caused by blocked access, stairs, or restricted entry.

 

Weather Policy

Our rentals cannot be placed outdoors in rain, snow, or extreme heat. Please ensure you have a weather-safe plan.  We reserve the right to cancel delivery if weather conditions pose a risk to equipment.

 

On-Site Contact Required

A designated person must be present to grant access for both delivery and pickup.
